非洲

是咖啡的發源地,從濃郁酒香到柔順的柑橘香氣應有盡有,繽紛多變。當中為人所熟悉是埃塞俄比亞。

埃塞俄比亞是位於東非的一個內陸國,面積約 112 萬平方公里,接壤的鄰國包括肯亞 (Kenya)。

通常,以水洗法處理的埃塞俄比亞咖啡口感潔凈,帶有花香;

日曬豆則較厚重,風味豐富複雜,極具特色。

許多咖啡愛好者對於埃塞俄比亞咖啡都情有獨鍾!舉個例子,耶加雪菲,通常果香清晰淡雅,帶有柑橘香氣,尾韻帶紅茶感。
